Choose a Qualified Contractor
With Georgia Power's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program, a certified contractor will come to your home and conduct a comprehensive assessment to reveal exactly how your home's energy performance can be improved. A qualified home performance contractor's uses diagnostic equipment to test your home for problems and solutions. Rather than focusing on a single component, such as single-paned windows, an old air conditioning system, or leaky ductwork, a participating contractor will assess how improvements to all of these energy-related components and systems can work together more effectively. Home Performance with ENERGY STAR offers a holistic approach to creating a more energy efficient and healthy home environment.
Whether you have problems with a drafty house or if you know your furnace or air conditioner needs to be replaced, a Home Performance contractor working through Georgia Power's program will address your needs. View participating contractors list.
