Jim has been active in the foodservice industry for the last 36 years. He has seen all facets of our industry, from Dealer Sales Engineer to Manufacturers Representative, and for the last 18 years he has been the Cooking Products Manager for Georgia Power Company’s Marketing Group. The majority of his time is spent training and assisting manufacturers in the development of new technologies or improvements to existing products. He assists customers in creating solutions for some of their issue-based problems relating to sanitation and safety, productivity, profitability, and energy management.
