Georgia Power is helping to promote financial literacy among youth by joining with Junior Achievement (JA), Chick-fil-A and others to open JA's Chick-fil-A Foundation Discovery Center, a financial literacy and career readiness center in downtown Atlanta.
The center teaches Atlanta-area middle school students the basics of finance and business in a stimulating environment. It includes a Georgia Power storefront where students learn about budgeting and financial literacy.
