Summary Billing enables you to receive fewer bills and process payments more efficiently. Any commercial and industrial customer that has ten or more accounts in any combination with Alabama Power, Georgia Power, or Mississippi Power can qualify. View example (PDF 302 KB).
How it works
We continue to read your electric meters as we do now. All accounts are then consolidated on one, two or three Summary Bills per month.
Customers having service with two or more of our operating companies can have their bills placed on one Southern Company Summary Bill. There is no limit to the number of accounts that can be placed on a Summary Bill.
