The J.D. Power Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Survey ranked Georgia Power first in the South Region for customer satisfaction. We also ranked in the top quartile overall in the annual Customer Value Benchmark (CVB) which compares customer value among peer utilities across the nation.
The J.D. Power Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey ranked Georgia Power third out of 13 in the annual South Region large utility group in 2016.
