Was the school built after January 1, 1986?
Is the demand greater than 80 kW?
Has the school been substantially reconstructed so that all heating and cooling has been replaced since January 1, 1986 and lighting is new and energy efficient in significant well-used areas?
In general, do you operate more than 1 to 1.5 shifts? (Is HUD greater than approximately 300?)
Is summer demand less than 80 kW?
Is summer demand greater than 80 kW?
Are you a Government Agency or Institution with a total demand of 6,000 kW?
Will you be adding significant demands and kWh's and your total demand is 5,000 kW or greater each month?
Will you be adding significant demands and kWh's and your total demand is 250 kW or greater each month?
