What is Distributed Generation?
Georgia Power’s Distributed Generation Programs allow customers and solar developers to enter into long-term contracts for projects ranging from 250kW to 6MW, in which Georgia Power purchases 100% of the renewable energy generated from the solar facility. Georgia Power provides resources to help determine the feasibility of interconnecting solar sites to our distribution system.
